• The entrance ticket allows access to all the water attractions of the Park, the viewing of the shows, participation in all sports and entertainment activities and the use of benches and gazebos inside the picnic area.
• The attractions in the Park must be used by scrupulously observing the safety rules displayed near the individual attractions, following the instructions of the staff.
• The Park declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to persons or property caused by imprudence or failure to comply with safety regulations.
• The umbrellas and sun loungers in the PISCINA ONDE and PISCINA BABY solariums are available for hire only. Sunbeds and umbrellas in the park’s lawn areas remain free, including those near all the water attractions.
• On days with gusts of wind, the umbrellas must be closed to safeguard the safety of visitors.
• The eventual closure of the attractions for technical, climatic reasons or due to lack of electricity does not give the right to a full or partial refund of the ticket.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or in a prolonged lack of electricity, the management reserves the right to close the Park at any time without having to refund visitors.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or an adult who must supervise their behavior.
• The lockers can be rented for a fee inside the Park upon presentation of a document.
• The management declines all responsibility for what is deposited inside the lockers or left unattended inside the Park.
• Children must use the slides allowed for them, adults cannot use the facilities reserved for children or cannot use them at the same time if the regulations prohibit it or the attraction manager deems it dangerous.
• Animals can be left in the special boxes for animals located near the entrance to the Park.
• In some areas of the Park, video surveillance systems are active in order to guarantee safety, safeguard the company assets and prevent illegal acts. The images are viewed only and exclusively by the personnel in charge, by the judicial and police authorities.
• Inside the park there are authorized photographers who, in case of guest’s liking, can take photographic portraits. All non-purchased photographs will be irretrievably deleted at the end of the day. Under no circumstances will the photographs be sold to different people or unrelated to those portrayed.
• By purchasing the ticket, the consent to be subjected to video and photo shooting for security and advertising reasons is tacitly provided.

• Introduce glass containers or metal cans into the Park.
• Introducing animals into the Park. Dogs and cats must be left in the boxes near the entrance.
• Introduce any kind of equipment, umbrellas, stoves, etc. in the Park.
• Occupying umbrellas and sunbeds not hired. Objects found on unreserved sunbeds will be collected by our staff and taken to the Management.
• Running inside the Park.
• Slide upside down.
• Dive into any pool.
• Playing dangerous games in and out of the pools.
• Slip with necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.
• Move umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs and tables.
• Climb over the fences.

Violators will be immediately removed from the Park, without prejudice to the right, in the most serious cases, to report to the public authority.
